This time is is a joyful time for parents, you just welcomed a beautiful new life! It can also be overwhelming. Hiring postpartum support can help heal you in so many ways. Included in my care, I can

• cook fresh meals

• do basic household cleaning

• care for baby’s needs so you can catch up on sleep and self care

• do a grocery store run

• help siblings feel loved

• be a listening ear to decompress after birth

Whatever you need during this time, I will have the space for you. At this time I offer $40 per hour at a minimum 2 hours. Please reach out to me if you would like to create a care plan that suites your specific needs.
